We assist people in searching and negotiating the purchase of well priced and well located properties Australia wide for owner occupiers and investors.
In the past, buyers have had to rely on real estate agents to pass on information to them, and they have had to do the hard work themselves in terms of property search. We all know that real estate agents are contracted to the vendors not the buyers. So in the past, buyers have been at a disadvantsge.
As a Buyer’s Agent, our job is to act on your behalf and we have the industry skills, qualifications and knowledge to search, negotiate and acquire properties for our clients. We are fully accredited and registered and you can be assured that as we secure a property or properties for you that we are well informed on market trends and values.
WealthWithProperty does not market, sell or lease real estate. We are not linked with real estate agents or developers. We are committed to you the buyer and have your interests at the forefront of our services.
Procedure
1: Assessment - We meet with you and assess your needs and wants by outlining your criteria.
2: Property Search - Then we perform a thorough search of all property resources that meet your criteria. Our searches include the use of publications, industry contacts, online property sites, etc.
3: Report - A full report is presented to you outlining the most suitable properties.
4: Inspection – An inspection is then arranged at your convenience. If you are not able to physically inspect the property, then we take a full set of digital photos emailed to you and a short DVD movie which we post to you. The DVD movie will cover all aspects of the exterior and interior including views from the property.
5: Offer – We then advise you on a realistic offer and negotiate on your behalf.
Time frame for the above is anywhere between 1 – 2 months depending on your criteria and availability of stock.

We can make suggestions as to what areas are suitable and why. We will conduct searches, compare values and present suitable properties to you. We will then discuss prices with you and will commence negotiations on your behalf. All aspects of the purchase are then dealt with by us up to settlement.

Bidding at Auction
If you are not a confident bidder, or cannot attend an auction we can bid on your behalf. We charge $550 to attend an auction (payable in advance). If we are successful in purchasing the property, we charge a further $1000 payable on the day. The above fees apply from Coffs Harbour NSW to the Sunshine Coast QLD. Extra fees are charged for travelling outside these areas.
